What a Product Owner Does in Titansoft: The PO will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams, define success with metrics, and communicate insights to the organization about the product you are working on.
- Have regular, active engagement with every stakeholder of the product to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Report and share insights about the product to the entire company.
- Define success using metrics to evaluate progress toward product goals.
- Translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to understand the product vision and inspire delivery of solutions.
- Preferably experience in a startup or as a Business Analyst previously.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage business users.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with creative task fulfilment.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional team with ambiguous priorities.
