A casual dining restaurant at Changi Airport is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to support outlet management. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and strong team performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, cash handling, staff training, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have 2–3 years of F&B experience and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Competitive compensation packages are offered.

Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsabilités
Assist the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
Ensure all guest needs are met and proactively recommend promotional items.
Take responsibility for cash handling in the absence of the manager.
Coach and mentor staff to adhere to company service standards.
Oversee proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
Provide timely feedback to management on operational challenges.
Ensure overall outlet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Manage and control inventory levels.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
Supervise staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
