Job Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to guest first impressions, ensuring welcome to the Lounge
• Cleaning, keep cleanliness in high levels standard throughout dedicated areas, assist relevant operational duties
• Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
• Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the Lounge.
• Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect, sensitivity and transparency
• Tidy work environment with safety practice, keep tables, chairs, service areas clean tidy as per procedure manual
• Always ensure the security of keys and public / back of house areas by adherence to security procedures.
• Adhere to Singapore’s health and safety standards and protocol

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year related experience preferably in Hospitality/Hotel/Lounge/F&B operations
• Approachable, friendly and courteous, communicate regularly with team members and build good relations
• Excellent hygiene and grooming standards and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
