The ideal candidate will work closely with Safety Representatives & Safety Officer to support operations. You will also engage business unit representatives and other stakeholders for Business Continuity related matters. In addition, you will actively lead and support in corporate office upgrading projects.

Environment, Health & Safety
Undertake role of Deputy EHS Management Rep and Deputy EHS Chairman
Liaise with certification bodies, DS HQ and suppliers on audit matters
Plan, organize and conduct internal & external audits, reporting of findings and follow-up on corrective actions
Work with WSHO to plan and organize monthly EHS committee meetings and follow-up on actions items
Work with WSHO to investigate EHS related accidents/incidents and follow-up all the non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions till closure
Work with WSHO on monthly EHS inspection
Work with WSHO & EFM on building-related EHS matters
Work with BU Ops for Safety-related training & workshop
Business Continuity Management
Undertake role of Deputy BCM Coordinator
Work with BU/ Division BCM Coordinators in BCM Planning
Consolidation and updating of Business Continuity Plan and related documentation
Coordinate Discrete Exercise
Plan, organize and conduct internal & external audits, reporting of findings and follow-up on corrective actions
Work with BU Ops/ HR for training & workshop
Enterprise Risk Management
Support ERM activities e.g., Screening of customers, updating of Risk Registers, etc.
Cafeteria & Bistro Management
Point of contact for all stallholders for day-to-day operational issues & company issued initiatives or directives
Tenancy agreement renewal, finance billing disputes
Space Optimization & Allocation
Facility-related activities
POC for facility-related issues
Support corporate office renovation activities
Personal Protective Equipment
Qualities We Value
Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good working knowledge and prior experience with ISO 45001/ISO 14001, ISO 22301 & bizSAFE Level 3
