Overview

We are seeking a versatile Entertainment, Sports, Events & Research Manager with a unique blend of capabilities across sports and event management, research and analysis, and exceptional writing and communications. This role supports our work across platforms, research, and marketing reports, with exposure to thought leadership, partnerships, innovation, and the evolving global video ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events from initial concept through to on-site and/or live delivery sponsor and speaker management, activation production coordination, logistics
  • Produce high-quality written content, including editorial articles, research/marketing reports, scripts, summaries, speaker briefs, and stakeholder communications
  • Support platforms and market research, including tracking developments across entertainment, sports, and adjacent sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support cross-functional projects, campaigns, and partnerships
  • Research AI tools and emerging media formats to improve workflows and publishing output
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a QS Top 50 university (preferred/required as applicable)
  • Proven experience in event organization and execution (end-to-end)
  • Demonstrated publishing and writing capability (clear, structured, audience-appropriate)
  • Comfort with data/analytics and ability to turn metrics into usable insight
  • Understanding of media ecosystems; background in sports media is helpful
  • Strong communications skills, curiosity, adaptability, and interest in emerging technology/AI
  • Knowledge of the Asian video and streaming economy, platform landscape, and audience behavior

  • Strong contributions to platforms research plus crisp, decision-ready analysis in reports
