Trading Contracts Analyst: Risk & Compliance
Job summary
A leading oil and gas trading company in Singapore is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will handle the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts to support trading operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law or a related field, alongside at least three years of experience in trading contracts. Strong legal compliance and risk management skills are essential. This position offers a chance to contribute to ongoing transformation projects.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in handling trading contracts.
- Understanding of corporate policies and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase contracts.
- Ensure contracts comply with corporate policies and procedures.
- Assess contractual terms to manage risks and enhance outcomes.
- Oversee contract administration and documentation standards.
- Provide updates to the Legal team on contract progress.
