A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for a sales-driven recruitment role. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with the Business Development Team, and driving sales results. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, be proactive, and enjoy building relationships. Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory due to provided training. This position offers a gross salary above $5000 with additional monthly commissions and benefits like annual and festive leaves.
Basic Salary with Uncapped Monthly Commission, Gross up $5000++

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Work closely with the Business Development Team to understand client's hiring needs and requirements
Drive sales results by matching candidates effectively and closing placements
Handle job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Sales-driven personality with strong motivation to hit targets
Enjoys speaking to people, relationship building, and closing deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High energy, proactive, and resilient
No experience needed —training is provided
