Salary: Up to $2,500
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5.5 Working Days)
Location: Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each)

Key Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries for smooth client flow.

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking platforms professionally.

  • Manage front desk operations – payment processing, issuing receipts & preparing daily sales reports.

  • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk / reception roles (beauty, wellness, or showroom preferred)

  • Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.

  • Must be comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays
