A leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional for front desk operations. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling payments. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, proficiency in booking platforms and POS systems, and be willing to work weekends and public holidays. The position offers a salary of up to $2,500 with a structured work schedule across multiple outlets.
Salary: Up to $2,500
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5.5 Working Days)
Location: Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each)
Greet customers warmly and assist with appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries for smooth client flow.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking platforms professionally.
Manage front desk operations – payment processing, issuing receipts & preparing daily sales reports.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk / reception roles (beauty, wellness, or showroom preferred)
Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.
Must be comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays
