Job Responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategies to grow the Company’s Sales and Distribution (S&D) business in Chemical Distribution Systems for Semiconductor industry and market share for both the existing and potential customers.
Analyze business performance against budget and goals.
Responsible for studying competition, identifying potential customers, overseeing product development, monitoring industry trends, maximizing profits and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify target accounts and working with Management, achieve specific goals for closing new business.
Work closely with Customer Service Group (CSG), keeping them apprised of customer needs and any deviations.
Respond to customer complaints and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented and verified
Record material vendor problem and coordinate corrective plan
Responsible for Chemical Distribution System (CDS) sales to major Semiconductors customers.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
At least 7 years of experience with a strong marketing and sales skills in the semi-conductor industry.
Key Account Management capabilities with growth mindset
Good personality and excellent communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Make judgment decisions and adapt to changing work situations.
A comprehensive understanding of market trends, Company strategies, bookkeeping and market development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
