Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly management reports and schedules.
• Responsible for all accounting operations, mainly payments.
• Prepare monthly supplementary reports (e.g. intercompany and bank reconciliations, etc.).
• Assist with yearly statutory audit, including collate/prepare audit schedules.
• Liaising with cross functional teams within Finance (eg. Payables / Receivables / Payroll) to ensure the timely completion of monthly reporting.
• Drive and manage projects focused on system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Any other adhoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and demonstrates enthusiasm for driving and participating in projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in SAP FICO is preferred.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently within tight deadlines.
