Advise & plan: Understand client goals; deliver suitable solutions across protection, education, medical/hospitalisation, savings, and retirement planning.
Engage clients: Prospect ethically, run needs-based consultations, and present clear, affordable solutions.
Serve for the long term: Provide excellent service, build strong rapport, and maintain lasting relationships.
Own your craft: Track activity, meet targets, and sharpen skills via coaching, workshops, and joint fieldwork.
3–6 months structured training and dedicated mentorship.
Support to complete 4 required certification exams after joining.
Ongoing CPD, practical clinics, and a clear management pathway for strong performers.
Basic allowance up to $5,000/month (exclusive of commissions).
Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses.

Local Polytechnic Diploma or higher (or equivalent).
