About the Programme

What You’ll Do
  • Advise & plan: Understand client goals; deliver suitable solutions across protection, education, medical/hospitalisation, savings, and retirement planning.

  • Engage clients: Prospect ethically, run needs-based consultations, and present clear, affordable solutions.

  • Serve for the long term: Provide excellent service, build strong rapport, and maintain lasting relationships.

  • Own your craft: Track activity, meet targets, and sharpen skills via coaching, workshops, and joint fieldwork.

Training & Development
  • 3–6 months structured training and dedicated mentorship.

  • Support to complete 4 required certification exams after joining.

  • Ongoing CPD, practical clinics, and a clear management pathway for strong performers.
