We are looking for a meticulous and people-oriented HR & Finance Executive to support the daily operations that keep our team running smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across both human resources and finance functions. From employee engagement and recruitment coordination to claims processing and budget tracking. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our people, culture, and processes continue to thrive as the agency grows.

Your typical day may include:
  • HR Operations: Handle day‑to‑day HR administration such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, tracking attendance and leave, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Prepare job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires to ensure a seamless candidate and new joiner experience.
  • People Engagement & Coordination: Plan and coordinate team bonding activities, welfare initiatives, and company events to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
  • People Management Support: Act as a key contact point for employee‑related queries, ensuring prompt responses and coordination of feedback, evaluations, and employee updates across departments.
  • Payroll & Claims Processing: Prepare monthly payroll data, process expense claims, and ensure timely submission of invoices and payments. Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
  • Finance Administration: Assist in monitoring budgets, tracking departmental expenses, and reconciling basic financial records to support reporting and management decisions.
  • Compliance & Policy Maintenance: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and local employment regulations. Help review and update HR forms and administrative templates when necessary.

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field
  • Up to 1 year of internship or relevant experience in an agency or HR-related role. Fresh grads are welcome!
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and people management skills suited for cross‑team coordination
  • Basic understanding of HR or finance processes (training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR or accounting software is a plus
  • A positive attitude, strong sense of initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow in both HR and finance functions
  • A team player with good people skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
