Job Scope:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, cleaning, security, and vendor coordination.
• Handle logistics such as phone systems, mail, courier services, and staff travel arrangements.
• Act as the main contact for all office-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with the finance to manage ledgers, reports, payroll, claims, taxes, and GST filings.
• Monitor financial deadlines, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure accurate records.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, HR documents, and staff events.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Office Manager or relevant role are welcome to apply.
