Corporate secretarial assistant
Job summary
A leading accounting firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to assist with ACRA Annual Returns and IRAS Corporate Tax Filing. Responsibilities include handling company registration, preparing financial statements, and managing daily tasks. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, is detail-oriented, and has good time management skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. This role welcomes both experienced candidates and strong fresh graduates, offering a chance for long-term development in accounting.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred; strong fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Committed to long-term development in corporate services or accounting.
- Relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ACRA Annual Returns and IRAS Corporate Tax Filing.
- Handle company registration, business license applications, and director/shareholder changes.
- Prepare financial statements, bookkeeping, and document filing.
- Learn and independently manage daily tasks, proactively solve problems.
