- Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage all aspects of drilling operations with the drilling engineer.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams.
- Maintain accurate drilling records and documentation.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to crew.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety standards.
