Job summary
A leading tech company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with over 8 years of experience. The role involves investigating product quality issues, developing procedures for complaints, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in IT and professional certification in quality assurance. This position emphasizes analytical skills and knowledge of ISO standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in IT Quality Assurance.
- Professional certification in Six Sigma, CQE, or ISTQB is preferable.
- Understanding of agile/scrum methodology.
Responsibilities
- Investigate product quality issues and ensure resolution.
- Develop/update procedures for product complaint documentation.
- Monitor risk-management procedures and report issues.

- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
- Knowledge in ISO-9001 and ISO-20001.
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Worked in GitLap DevSecOps
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
- Work experience in IT Quality Assurance 8+ years.
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or ISTQB
- Understanding in NCA & NDMO regulations.
- Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
