PM Maintenance Foreman - Lead Reliability & Safety
Job summary
A leading maintenance company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Foreman specializing in Preventive Maintenance. In this role, you will oversee preventive maintenance across various facilities to ensure equipment operates efficiently and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. This position is pivotal in maintaining operational performance and extending the lifespan of critical equipment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Foreman in maintenance, focusing on preventive maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead maintenance technicians in executing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues.
