Job summary

A global energy company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Tax Counsel to join their Law Organization. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality legal tax advice, engage with internal clients, and coordinate with external advisors. Applicants should possess a Juris Doctorate, have at least 9 years of relevant experience, and preferably hold an LL.M. in Taxation. Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years experience in tax, preferably in a law firm or Big 4.
• Current admission to practice before the highest court of the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in energy industry law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze facts and conduct legal research for client advice.
• Advise on tax-efficient structures for major projects.
• Assist with outside tax advisors on transactions.
• Respond to inquiries in connection with tax examinations.
