Job summary
A leading maintenance services provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled technician for HVAC systems maintenance. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment while performing preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency with HVAC systems. Effective communication and time management skills are essential. This position involves working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail ensures operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties on HVAC systems.
- Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections.
- Repair or replace defective parts in units.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Perform skilled electrical maintenance work as needed.
- Lubricate and pack HVAC motors and pumps.
- Install and calibrate refrigeration systems.
- Maintain related records concerning time and materials.
- Assist with commissioning of new equipment.
- Order and maintain spare parts stock.
