Job summary

A leading HVAC provider in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to manage and grow their RLC business. The role requires a mechanical engineering background, with strong relationship-building skills and experience in multinational HVAC companies. Candidates should be extroverted, customer-focused, and fluent in Arabic and English. Competitive package offered, with travel as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in multinational HVAC companies.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the RLC business by working closely with dealers and contractors.
  • Build and enhance relationships between Carrier and key partners.
  • Identify and secure new projects to increase Carrier’s Share of Sales in the RLC segment.
  • Achieve assigned booking, sales, and gross margin targets.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions leveraging mechanical engineering expertise.
