Job summary
A dynamic and results-driven company in Riyadh is seeking a Business Development Supervisor/Manager. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance the company’s market presence. Responsibilities include formulating business strategies, leading a team, and conducting market research. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic and Chinese being a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving targets.
