Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product, and the client base.
  2. Create and implement strategic plans to expand Webook's footprint.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
  4. Develop and sustain relationships with clients (at the organizational level) and partners.
  5. Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships.
  6. Develop and execute effective growth strategies to meet and exceed department KPIs.
  7. Analyze growth and sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive user and client acquisition and engagement.
  9. Align business development initiatives with overall company goals and the product roadmap.
  10. Provide weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
  11. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement.
  12. Lead and mentor the business development specialists and interns.
  13. Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the entertainment or IT industry.
  3. Experience in SaaS sales strategies is a plus.
  4. Experience in industries such as mobile applications or e-commerce is a plus.
  5. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Strong network of contacts within the Tourism, Entertainment, Culture, and Sports sectors in KSA (+ global experience is a plus).
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Understanding of basic contracting and working with legal teams.
  9. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  10. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  11. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
