Oversee and manage the production process for multiple film projects.

Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.

Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.

Hire and manage production staff, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.

Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.

Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.

Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.

Be open to travel, with up to 40% of the role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for on-location shoots.

• At least 5+ years of experience in film production.
• Experience working in the MENA/GCC region for clients.
• Proven track record of successful film productions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field (preferred).
