Art Director

We are a creative agency in Medina, seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our projects. You will work closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and marketers to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts and ideas for various projects
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions
• Develop visual strategies that align with our clients\' goals and target audience
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and other visual aids to communicate ideas effectively
• Direct photoshoots, videoshoots, and other visual productions
• Review and approve all artwork before final delivery to clients
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our work

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to lead projects from concept to completion
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software
• Excellent understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina (remote work may be considered)
