We are looking to hire experienced Veterinary doctor (focus on cats and dogs) to join the elite veterinary clinic in Saudi Arabia.

Role Highlights

• Position: Veterinary doctor (Relocation to Saudi Arabia)
• Type of work: Onsite.
• Work from office requirements: The position is currently 100% remote. However, there may be an option for hybrid work in the future, requiring one day per week in the office located in Barcelona.
• Type of contract: Full-time employment agreement with the clinic.
• Contract location: Barcelona, Spain
• Type of company: Veterinary clinic
• Must-have skills: 5 years of experience as veterinary doctor working with dogs or cats or other small animals. European Citizen (EU valid work permit). High level of spoken English or Arabic speaker.
• Nice-to-have skills: Experience working with avian, reptiles, exotic pet animals.
• Industry: Veterinary clinic focused on small animals (house pets: cats, dogs, rabbits)
• Base remuneration: 4.000 USD net monthly (12 payments per year).
• Bonuses: Attractive bonus system: up to 16 annual salaries per year (instead of 12) when monthly targets are successfully achieved. Based on the achievement percentage, the following bonus structure applies: 75%-85% achievement: The doctor receives 25% of their salary as a bonus. 85%-95% achievement: The doctor receives 50% of their salary as a bonus. 95% and above achievement: The doctor receives 100% of their salary as a bonus
• Important benefits: The clinic takes care of providing and paying for housing for doctors.
• Relocation support: Visa sponsorship for Saudi Arabia is handled by the clinic. Also, full Relocation covered (flight tickets, transport and housing). After the probation period is finished, full relocation package for the family of the doctor (For the partner/spouse and 2 children).
