Pakistani Executive Chef in Jizan, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a talented and skilled Pakistani Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.

• Develop and create new menu items that meet the tastes and preferences of our clientele.
• Plan and organize menus for daily meals and special events.
• Supervise the kitchen staff to ensure high‑quality food production and efficient service.
• Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels within budgetary constraints.
• Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling, preparation techniques, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the establishment.

• Must be of Pakistani nationality with a valid passport and work permit for Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high‑volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine with the ability to create innovative dishes using traditional recipes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
