JASARA PMC is seeking a Technical Senior Specialist in Audio-Visual (AV) systems to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role focuses on the design, integration, and management of advanced AV systems within theme park attractions and environments, ensuring an immersive and cutting-edge guest experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of AV projects, from conceptual design to implementation and final testing.

This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of AV systems within the engineering design team. This role focuses on creating high-quality audiovisual experiences for hotel environments, ensuring that all systems meet technical standards and enhance guest experiences. As a client-side technical/creative specialist, you will manage design packages, collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. In-depth knowledge of creative design for themed environments, including integration with digital technologies and sustainable practices. Must have experience in creative design for theme parks, attractions, and/or media-based attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and integration of AV systems for themed attractions, ensuring that all technology requirements align with the creative vision and operational needs
• Collaborate with creative consultants, project managers, and technical teams to develop comprehensive AV solutions that enhance the guest experience
• Review and approve technical designs, system specifications, and installation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project requirements and ensure optimal AV system performance
• Oversee the programming and commissioning of AV equipment, ensuring seamless operation during live events and attraction openings
• Provide hands-on support and technical guidance during installation and troubleshooting phases
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, schematics, and operational manuals for AV systems
• Stay informed of the latest AV technologies and trends, integrating innovative solutions into projects as appropriate
• Train staff on the operation and maintenance of AV systems to ensure effective usage and reliability
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio-Visual Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in AV systems design and integration, preferably in the theme park or entertainment industry
• In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, including sound, lighting, video, and control systems
• Strong technical skills in programming and troubleshooting AV equipment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Experience with project management software and tools related to AV project planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to devise effective solutions under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with local codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices related to AV systems
• Passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences through cutting-edge AV technology
