IN BO Engineer (Charging System & O&M Focus)
Job summary
A telecommunications company is seeking an IN BO Engineer focusing on Charging Systems in Riyadh. Responsibilities include daily operations and maintenance of Ericsson Charging System nodes and troubleshooting network issues. Candidates should have a background in O&M and strong skills in Linux, Oracle DB, and Shell scripting. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

- Perform daily O&M for Ericsson Charging System nodes.

We’re Hiring: IN BO Engineer (Charging System & O&M Focus)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time
- Daily O&M for Ericsson Charging System nodes: SDP, AIR, OCC, VS
- Perform traffic measurement, KPI tracking, and system audits
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network issues efficiently
- Handle configuration, software/hardware upgrades, and CRs
- Contribute to process improvement and routine development
- Ericsson Charging System (SDP, AIR, OCC, CCN, etc.)
- O&M background with strong network performance experience
- Linux OS, Oracle DB, Shell scripting
- VMware & HP C7000/3PAR experience
- Understanding of GSM/WCDMA & IP networking basics
- Fluent in English, team player, and problem solver
- Shift-ready and able to handle emergencies
- Strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills
