Overview

Safety Manager

Job Summary: Task Area: Near Holy Mosque, Mecca. Job Recap: Create and deliver wellness and safety strategies. Ensure the safety, wellness, and security of workers, in coordination with the Job Management team. Continuously monitor compliance with international construction best practices as well as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's guidelines and laws.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations and/or inspections to ensure contractors operate in conformance with customer procedures and good global construction practices; participate in organizing safety meetings across site areas to review HSE performance. Lead a team of security officers/assistants. Minimize risks and threats to workers, the environment, and site assets as much as reasonably practicable. Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and manage workers’ compensation cases; provide regular written management reports and other production-related results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience with demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Experience with KSA Star Resort is obligatory.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels within the company.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to lead a team; capacity to operate in harsh environments; strong knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: 8,000.00 - 10,000.00 SAR per month. Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
