Overview

Contract Attorney

We are in search of a qualified and experienced Contract Attorney to join our legal team in Medina. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts, including but not limited to employment agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements
• Negotiating contract terms on behalf of our clients
• Conducting legal research and providing recommendations on contract disputes or potential legal issues
• Advising clients on their rights and obligations under existing contracts
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of all contract negotiations and agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Law from an accredited university
• Licensed to practice law in Medina
• At least 3 years of experience as a Contract Attorney or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-lawyers
• Fluency in English is required
• Preference for Malayalee candidates

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
