About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. About the Role

As the Kids For All Seasons Assistant Manager, you will assist the Recreation Manager in overseeing all Kids programs and daily operations of the Kids For All Seasons club. You will ensure a safe, fun, and enriching environment for young guests while leading the team to deliver creative activities and exceptional service.

What You Will Do
  • Support the Recreation Manager in supervising and developing the Kids For All Seasons team.
  • Oversee daily operations of the kids’ club, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high service standards.
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities including games, crafts, and educational programs.
  • Ensure all safety, child supervision, and emergency protocols are strictly followed.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and guardians to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and performance management of the team.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and resources for activities and maintain proper inventory.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the wider Recreation team to enhance the guest experience.
What You Bring
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, recreational programming, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR, First Aid, or childcare certification (preferred).
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a guest-focused approach.
