This is a full‑time, on‑site Medical Receptionist role at Intermed Clinic, located in Jeddah. The Medical Receptionist will handle appointment scheduling, greet patients and visitors, and provide administrative support. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls professionally, ensuring smooth patient flow at the clinic, and maintaining accurate patient and medical records.

• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and knowledge of receptionist duties in a professional setting
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical office environments
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced front desk in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail
