Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.
Objective:
The Sales Reclamation analyst responsibility is to contribute to the achievement of ASMO’s strategic goals by actively engaging in sales activities, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, and helping maintain a competitive edge in the market. The role holder will play a vital role in implementing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and upholding a high-performance culture within the sales team.
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Excellence Senior Director to align sales initiatives with ASMO's "Value Leadership" strategy, with a focus on cost efficiency and superior supply chain service performance.
- Assist in the development and execution of reclamation sales strategies that contribute to net growth and profitability, aligning with business plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales Excellence Senior Director to ensure high performance, innovation, collaboration, and a strong customer-centric focus within the team.
- Conduct market research within the reclamation sector across energy, petrochemical, chemical, and industrial sectors to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the Sales Excellence Senior Director to develop and present compelling new business proposals, focusing on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Build new customer relationships and ensure that ASMO consistently exceeds selling customer expectations regarding quality, service, and performance.
- Assist with the development of the sales order processing function and manage the sales-related customer service help desk, ensuring the prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist the Business Development Director in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from both new and existing customers.
- Take accountability for the accuracy and timely updates to the company CRM ensuring that all stakeholders comply with CRM activities.
- Manage self-development through performance management processes by agreeing annual objectives, and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement all relevant Department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
- 5 years’ experience in the same Field.
