We are seeking a highly experienced Architect Engineer with expertise in architectural design and design review. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to architectural projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical expertise.
- Lead and contribute to the architectural design process for assigned projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to project teams to enhance design quality.
- Offer technical guidance and expertise in architectural design, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to integrate innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors as needed.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in architectural design and execution.
- Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design files, specifications, and progress reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all architectural documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of architectural permit applications.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and design review.
- Professional licensure or certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
