Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer relations, CRM, loyalty, or similar role.
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and track campaigns using basic tools.
  • Creative, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
  • Ready and willing to relocate to Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Design and implement effective retention campaigns.
  • Create and manage loyalty programs and plans.
  • Segment customers and improve repeat visits.
  • Track KPIs like repeat-visit and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly retention reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on messaging.
  • Lead the full retention project independently.
