A leading enterprise technology provider is seeking an experienced OpenShift Consultant to lead multi-cluster deployments, ensure workload migrations, and develop disaster recovery plans in enterprise-grade environments. The right candidate will have over 5 years of experience with OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes, along with expertise in automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with OpenShift 4.x, Kubernetes, and OpenShift Virtualization.
• Proven success in deploying and managing multi-site OpenShift environments.
• Deep knowledge of CSI driver configuration for persistent storage.
• Strong understanding of lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and hybrid migration methodologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across compute, network, and storage layers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Red Hat OpenShift 4.x environments across multiple sites.
• Lead application and workload migration to containerized platforms.
• Develop and validate multi-cluster DR architectures.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate observability tools.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, storage, and operations teams.
• Deliver training, documentation, and handover materials.
