About the location:
Soon to be one of the region s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Four seasons Red Sea & Amaala are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Senior Director of Sales to lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and positioning the property as a top destination for diverse market segments.
What you will do
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the Commercial Plan.
Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across all segments including leisure, corporate, groups, and government.
Position the resort as a premier destination in target markets.
Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure strategic alignment.
Mentor and support the professional development of the sales team.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Ensure the effective use of sales tools, systems, and reporting structures.
Promote a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
What you bring
Proven leadership experience managing a sales team, ideally within hospitality.
Strong background in sales strategy, account management, and business development.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse market segments, including government and corporate.

Experience
A bachelor s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Director of Sales leading a team, ideally within a cluster environment or across multiple hotels.
Experience in luxury hotel operations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Knowledge of sales management software and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Schedule & Hours
Full time; may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
