The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our construction manufacturing team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials such as aluminum, glass, and wood, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency to support our projects and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality materials including aluminum, glass, and wood.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor market trends and prices to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant governmental regulations in procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and outcomes for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a procurement specialist, preferably in construction or manufacturing sectors dealing with aluminum, glass, and wood projects in Jeddah, Riyadh or other parts of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and market analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
