Job description

Role:
To assist the Marketing Head in implementing marketing strategies and developing marketing activities/events for the brand.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure consistency of the brand image.
  2. Plan marketing calendar: yearly, monthly, weekly, by department.
  3. Organize monthly and weekly in-store events from concept to implementation, aligned with strategies and brand focus.
  4. Develop, design, and send communication materials for events within specified timeframes.
  5. Conduct competitor analyses.
  6. Perform periodic market research to study customer profiles, preferences, and buying patterns.
  7. Suggest and implement initiatives to increase footfall and customer retention.
  8. Manage third-party partnerships (e.g., hotels, entertainment).
  9. Oversee in-store POS management.
  10. Manage promotional materials such as shopping bags and feedback forms.
  11. Handle customer data and communication via SMS and emailers.
  12. Oversee the loyalty program in line with CRM strategy.
  13. Ensure store visuals, banners, posters, and shelf takers align with brand image and target audience.
  14. Coordinate with media agencies for advertising as needed.
  15. Maintain regular communication with local suppliers.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Academic: University degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in retail marketing.
  • Knowledge: Retail market scenarios, social media, brand positioning, media planning.
  • Skills: Planning, organizing, follow-up, creative thinking, effective communication, decision-making.
