Responsibilities

Manage purchasing needs based on inventory data, sales forecasts, and market trends.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and long-term partnerships.

Oversee purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and quality assurance of goods.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and align forecasts with seasonal retail demand.

Develop and manage supplier relationships, including audits and performance evaluations.

Control procurement budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.

Implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and sustainability practices.

Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop procurement staff. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
