As a Principal Executive Recruiter at Hungerstation, you ll:
Spearhead end-to-end executive recruitment strategies, aligning with HungerStation's growth and business objectives in the Saudi and MENA markets.
Partner directly with C-level stakeholders in Hungerstation to understand organizational needs and deliver top-tier leadership talent across business functions.
Leverage deep market intelligence and talent mapping to identify, engage, and secure high-impact executives across the GCC and global markets.
Work cross-functionally with the central Executive Search team on relevant hiring needs
Collaborate, as well as with HR, compensation, and legal teams to ensure seamless offer management and executive onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Executive Search Expertise: Proven track record of placing senior-level talent (VP, C-suite) within fast-paced, high-growth organizations, ideally in tech or e-commerce sectors.
Strategic Partnership: Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership on hiring strategy and market conditions.
Talent Intelligence & Mapping: Deep experience with market research, competitive talent mapping, and proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill executive roles.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
Cultural & Market Awareness: Deep understanding of the GCC/Saudi Arabian talent landscape, labor laws, and local hiring nuances.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic a plus), with strong offer negotiation and closing abilities.
Discretion & Confidentiality: Trusted to manage sensitive, high-level searches with professionalism and discretion.
Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment with shifting priorities and ambitious goals.
