Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting Talentera's Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across several key areas, including, but not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities
- Sales and Prospecting Support
- Assisting the Sales team in reaching prospects and generating qualified meetings, particularly with senior decision-makers.
- Conducting outreach activities including calls, emails, and follow-ups to open new sales opportunities.
- Collection and Payment Follow-Ups
- Supporting the Finance and Sales teams in following up with clients for money collection and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and escalating unresolved cases when required.
- Business Development Assistance
- Contributing to opening new doors and opportunities for the company.
- Supporting early-stage prospect communications and nurturing leads.
- Marketing and Events Support
- Assisting the Marketing team by attending events, contacting prospects, and helping generate new leads.
- Government Processes and Approvals
- Handling government paperwork and processes required for business operations.
- Following up on approvals and ensuring compliance with official requirements.
Qualifications / Skills
- Proficiency in conducting outreach activities such as calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Ability to support Finance and Sales teams in collecting payments, maintaining records, and resolving payment issues promptly.
- Capability to contribute to opening new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding market reach.
- Experience in assisting the Marketing team by attending events, contacting prospects, and aiding in lead generation efforts.
