Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting Talentera's Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across several key areas, including, but not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Prospecting Support
    • Assisting the Sales team in reaching prospects and generating qualified meetings, particularly with senior decision-makers.
    • Conducting outreach activities including calls, emails, and follow-ups to open new sales opportunities.
  • Collection and Payment Follow-Ups
    • Supporting the Finance and Sales teams in following up with clients for money collection and ensuring timely payments.
    • Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and escalating unresolved cases when required.
  • Business Development Assistance
    • Contributing to opening new doors and opportunities for the company.
    • Supporting early-stage prospect communications and nurturing leads.
  • Marketing and Events Support
    • Assisting the Marketing team by attending events, contacting prospects, and helping generate new leads.
  • Government Processes and Approvals
    • Handling government paperwork and processes required for business operations.
    • Following up on approvals and ensuring compliance with official requirements.
