Qualifications

  • Understanding of local consumer habits and culture.

Overview

Our client is a leading FMCG company with a strong presence across the Middle East and North Africa. They are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team, focusing on the Snacks category.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating brand plans to achieve defined objectives.
  • Analyze market data, retail audits, and shipment volumes to identify opportunities and propose actionable strategies.
  • Initiate and manage below-the-line (BTL) and other marketing activities.
  • Conduct regular market visits across trade channels and generate weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) including profitability, market share, and consumer satisfaction.
  • Develop and update competitor profiles to maintain market intelligence.
  • Conduct custom-based research projects from briefing to final analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies (advertising, research, direct marketing) to ensure smooth execution of marketing tasks.
  • Maintain a reliable marketing information system and manage all marketing materials and records.
Requirements
  • As per the Saudization scheme, our client is seeking a Saudi National for this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with advertising and research agencies.
