Job summary
A leading CNC machining company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and modify programs for various machines. The role involves operating CNC milling machines, ensuring production efficiency, and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of CNC experience, proficiency in Mastercam, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. This position may require night shifts. Competitive compensation package offered.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of CNC milling experience.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and precision measurement devices.
Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs.
- Operate CNC milling machines according to production plans.
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process.
- Involve continuous improvement of processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

- Able to Work in Night Shift
