Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Production Executive to be based in Penang, Malaysia. This position is reporting to Team Leader, Production.

As a Production Executive, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environment.

• Lead the operators on day‑to‑day operation to achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• Ensure that production build plans are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
• Train the operators in production to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
• Compile and monitor production rejection, waste, downtime and yield.
• Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

• Minimum education: Degree in manufacturing/engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Candidate from medical device industry will be given priority.
