- Supervise and coach production staff.

- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Skills

Team Management
- Supervise, coach, and guide production staff.
- Coordinate training and skill development for operators.
- Promote teamwork and adherence to company policies.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and management reviews.
