A manufacturing company located in Malaysia is looking for an experienced production supervisor. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with prior supervisory skills and knowledge in mechanical and precision manufacturing. Key responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, ensuring quality compliance, and managing team operations. The company offers benefits such as annual leave, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS. 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing background.
Prior experience supervising production teams is required.
Experience in mechanical / PCB / electronics / precision manufacturing – specify if applicable.
Exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 environments.
trong understanding of production processes and workflow control.
Basic knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and lean manufacturing.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in basic reporting and MS Office (Excel, Word).
