Job description

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive

- Read up Tender Specifications and Drawings, Taking off Quantity, Cost Analysis, Comparison and Preparation of Bills of Quantity.

- Follow-up Project Progress, Prepare Progress Claim & Evaluation, Variation Orders, EOT and Finalize Project Accounts.

- Prepare Monthly Work Value & Payment Report, Project Budget and Cash Flow Projection.

- Track changes to the Design / Construction Works, Monitoring & Control Project Costs and Variations to ensure projects are completed within budget.

- Assist project team in Letter / Report writing and correspondences.

- Attend coordination meeting and project site meeting.

- Check & Preparation of Sub-Contractors Comparisons, Letter of Award, Site Valuation and Interim Payment Certification.

- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying in Infrastructure or any related fields equivalent.

- At least 5 - 7 years of working experience.

- "Experience in infrastructure projects, including sewerage systems, water supply, and reticulation networks."

- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, construction processes and contractual claims.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

- Possess good organization and leading skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and work beyond normal working hours when needed.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel between sites when required. ( transportation allowance provided ).

- Required skill : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD / GstarCAD

- Required language : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia ( Proficient Communicator both oral and written ). We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Working Location

- Possess own transport.

Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm

Saturday : 9am to 1pm (Half Day) (Work from home)
