Position Summary
The Courseware Developer and Training Management System Support is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing courseware content for training programs and providing support for the training management system. The role involves working with internal and external customers to create engaging and interactive training content that meets their needs. The position also requires administering the training management system, ensuring its smooth functioning and support to end-users.
Key Accountability
- Ensure all courseware development are implemented in timely manner.
- Ensure Courseware in CBT workstations or TMS (ELearn) are available for their mandatory training requirement.
- Identify, analyse and resolve software/ system or issues and implement modifications to ensure training on TMS (ELearn) can be carried out effectively and with minimal disruptions to the training programme.
- Perform TMS Admin role to support Registration, Training Management, Assessment, Examination, Training Portal and DTR.
- Provide functional 1st Level Support to MABA’s TMS end user.
- Maintain TMS Question Bank of TMS Online Exam question bank to ensure system integrity and stability for MABA training Operations.
- Perform administration of ADAPT Assessment system.
- Design and develop courseware content that meets the needs of the internal and external customers. Deliver content development as per timeline.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and interactive learning content.
- Develop instructional materials, including but not limited to, presentations, job aids, videos, and eLearning content.
- Create interactive learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and other tools.
- Adapt face-to-face training materials into eLearning materials and other formats.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine training requirements and identify gaps in current training programs.
- Plan, organize and coordinate and manage development of new or enhancement of courseware content required by BU in accordance to accepted standards.
- Develop, maintain and update changes to courseware as per required by internal & external customer.
- Create media to support learning (visual aids, infographics, interactive exercises, animation, job aids)
- Verify expenses and/or claims are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and others to identify what students need to learn.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in CBT Courseware Development or any related field.
