Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation

We're hiring! We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation to join our Talent Solutions team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
  • Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on client needs, acquired expertise, and interpretation of data and statistical analyses.
  • Independently manage projects and lead modules under guidance of senior consultants in the area of employee rewards, executive compensation, corporate governance, and incentive design projects.
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communications.
  • Provide support in data solution services whenever required which includes but not limited to data collection, data validation and auditing as well as report delivery.
  • Partner with senior consultants to present results, solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to client project management teams.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and acquisition of new clients.
  • Support thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends, including monitoring and analysing economic and legislation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field with strong finance/mathematical background). Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships.
  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented and meticulous.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical software for analyzing large dataset (Excel, SPSS and Tableau) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel VBA and SQL. High proficiency in coding and macro will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience in Executive Compensation will also be considered as Analyst, Executive Compensation.
