About the Role

We are an established Insurance Broking Company seeking a motivated Senior Executive to join our Johor Bahru office and support our growing client portfolio.

The Senior Executive will assist in client servicing, policy administration and business support functions. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of general insurance products and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, insurers and internal teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to :

Client Servicing
  • Handle corporate clients and network partners’ insurance portfolios, ensuring high service standards.
  • Process policy issuance, renewals and endorsements accurately and timely.
  • Follow up on claims with insurers and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Ensure timely collection of premiums and monitor payment status.
Business Support
  • Prepare insurance quotations, proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain competitive terms and solutions.
  • Support Management in market research and business development initiatives.
Administrative Duties
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate records.
  • Maintain filing system and reporting as required by Management.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, events and internal briefings.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance broking or general insurance.
  • Good knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Team player with proactive problem‑solving skills.
  • ACII / AMII or equivalent insurance qualifications is an added advantage.
