We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Retail Operations Executive to oversee daily retail activities, ensure smooth store operations, and support the retail management team in achieving sales and operational excellence.

This role requires someone who is hands on, analytical, and capable of leading retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support retail outlets to ensure adherence to company SOPs and performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit operations, merchandising, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Training teams to ensure staff development and discipline.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
  • Analyse sales and inventory reports to recommend improvements.
  • Handle escalated customer feedback and operational issues.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of retail operations experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
